I have a launched a training that I would have liked to have existed when I was an agent. I’ve taken my 20 years in the business, my five years as Director Sales coaching and training our agents and all of my research and put it into ROARing Agents.
My philosophy is that real estate is a service business, not a sales business. These aren’t TV’s. I also believe that we are all unique and trying to make people into something they aren’t is a recipe for failure and frustration.
But I still believe you have to stretch and get out of your comfort zone. This isn’t about hoping business will come. This is about finding your path, executing at a high level and growing to meet your goals and potential.
I have five sections with several (and the number will likely increase) lessons. I launched May 17, 2020 with section one and plan to release subsequent sections every 10 days.
