Read the headline again and give it more than three seconds of thought.
If the answer is yes, great. Would you be willing to put yourself on YouTube Live for the next week to show the world why you are so good?
If the answer has changed to a maybe or a no, great. Write down those reasons you wouldn’t hire or invest in yourself. You’ve just given yourself a course of action to correct your business.
Here are some questions to ask yourself:
- Do you have a business plan?
- What’s your marketing budget?
- What’s your training budget”
- What’s your schedule?
- How many hours are you lead generating?
- When are you off?
- And so much more.
If this exercise is tough, turn it around on someone else. Take two agents, one you like and one you…don’t care for. Write down what you think they do or don’t do. Why you would or wouldn’t invest or hire them. You’re going to learn a lot right there.
