I have had a few questions and an interesting call because of my posts about Ms. Bank. I won’t name the bank because I can’t damn everyone for the faults of one or a few. Every agent at a large real estate company has heard someone say I will never work with THAT company because of one bad agent or experience. It isn’t fair.
Also I have had a few contacts with members of that bank and others offering me help behind the scenes. One was unlucky enough to have sent out a bulk email about that bank’s services. I told him in three short sentences what I thought about his bank and the chances of using them again. I wasn’t rude but to the point.
He in turn asked how he could help. He didn’t have to offer nor should be expect me to turn around and be best buddies referring him clients. Still he has offered and gave his take based on the limited information in my email and a few posts. I appreciate it.
Another anonymously called and told me that if I gave him the loan number, he could get me the processor’s number and her manager’s as well. This seems to be guarded quite often in the industry and I don’t expect Ms. Bank to offer it. Since I knew the loan number was about to change I didn’t ask for his help but I will post in here if I do need that.
I had an email from someone from a different bank offer to help me. So I don’t like the bank’s system but the people shouldn’t be taken down here because of someone else’s ineptitude. Actually Allison was told she was better off working with a credit union for her situation. This came from someone at the bank in question.
More has happened but it looks like we are on the final leg which was where I thought I was on Wednesday. If this gets worse I will update as I go or I will do a final summary of it all at the end.
