This is an email I sent to Ms. Bank
I don’t understand how we have gone from “one more thing” to restructuring the loan. I thought we were a step away? What has happened?

Ms. Bank called My Client and said that I sent a rude email to her.
This from the woman who has missed deadlines, made promises left and right, yelled at my client and lied about what I have said and what she has said to me.
Friday evening Ms. Bank threw someone under the bus to make herself look good and My Client called that person on it. Ms. Bank was unhappy as it didn’t turn out too good.
Ms. Bank tried to say that we were aiming for a different close date to the other agent. That date didn’t exist on any paperwork.
And finally the one document we asked for, that we were told we would get today, never came. Another promise broken. They promised and promised. They made this high priority. High priority as in “look busy.”
