I have two listings going live this week. Luckily I was able to take photos last week when we had the gorgeous sunny weather. If you have a decent digital camera you should periodically take photos of your home during nice weather; spring bloom, sunny clear days, bright fall colors.
One homeowner had some old pictures before they added on the 4400 square feet.
At the very least you will have some great photos of a home you love.
