Life happens. Things go wrong. We get sick. Personal things happen. We get into ruts.
The easiest way to get out of them is to do the work. This is a game of momentum and the longer you are in a negative rut, the harder it can appear to get out of it.
What they have found with people going through grief is that going back to work or routine is often the best thing. Getting stuck in our heads is not the best place when things are going right. We like to assign meaning and labels to things that maybe we shouldn’t.
Get back to work. Change your momentum.
