At AgentGenius.com they have a YouTube video showing housing values but instead of a graph they have it represented as a roller coaster. It is pretty cool as it represents home values from 1890 – Present.
I actually expected them to show this video below that I saw a long time ago which I think represents what most sellers feel like right now.
