The true answer to what is the best CRM is, is whichever one you will use. That’s it. They are some bells and whistles and they are some things that they do for you. But, in the end it has to be you that is in on the CRM, that is working it, that is using it to its fullest.
And honestly, a lot of people are trying to do too much of automation, and while I know it can be good, the conversion comes when you are face to face with people and the next step back is voice to voice. Everything else is tech, its easy to ignore, it’s easier to put off.
So, decide how much money you want to pay, or decide if you don’t wanna pay money. There are free CRMs, there are super expensive CRMs. But if you are not using it, it’s not gonna work.
