Luisa is a highly creative and innovative social scientist and Human Insights researcher with over 20 years of experience in helping companies with branding and messaging. Her expertise centers on cultural insights, motivational mapping, and psycho-dynamic interviewing. She has helped Heineken Ireland revamp their portfolio and identified new product attributes Unilever Malaysia needed to consider during product development. She also built out two digital publications for iTunes and Google Play.
Currently, she is helping businesses evolve their strategies and plans with the aid of Human Insights. She designs workshops and studies, conducts interviews, and facilitates groups to align organizations’ brands with their Initiatives.
