It all started with me getting slammed by some weird illness last Friday. I had a sore throat all week but the rest of it rolled in Friday afternoon and put me down for the weekend. Monday was unburying myself and finishing up other tasks that were put to the side. This week I had:
- An offer on my listing on Kahneeta
- A new listing in Rock Creek
- Making my new Portland map based search functional on the site
- The go ahead to close the short sale in Hillsboro
- A mini crisis on that short sale
- A new offer causing me to rescind my seller’s counter
- The mini crisis was found to be all for naught
- Delivering flyers at 11pm which is really peaceful.
At times I was going crazy but it was also so much fun. You can tell how busy I am by the amount of posts on this site. And a lot of things happend and here is some of the news I didn’t get to.
- Pending Sales Increase
- Junk Pirates sailed into Portland but Ron Ares got to it before me. Arggggh!
- Somehow 2007 mortgages are failing faster than ones from 2005 & 2006
- Oil is down and the dollar is up
- Inside a Seller’s Mind
Also I want to thank my clients for their referrals that may give me one of my best summers ever, even in this market.
