Screencastify – Easy free or super cheap tool to make screencasts that you can share with others.
Zoom – Easy, free video calling for one-on-one or groups
The best CRM (Client Relationship Management) system is the one you like to use. While there are plenty of paid ones, here’s a couple of free ones and a cheap one.
Streak – Gmail Extension (Freemium Model)
Hubspot – Pretty good stuff with a paid upgrade that I didn’t need
RealtyJuggler – $179 a year, simple and effective.
Hootsuite – Tool to post to social media on a schedule. Just be careful, most social media platforms don’t like 3rd party tools. They like you on their site.
Later.com – My preferred tool for posting to Instagram and Instagram Stories.
ShowingSuite – Automatically send feedback requests to agents that showed your home and have that feedback go to your sellers
CloudCMA – Create beautiful Comparative Market Analysis for your listing presentations.
