Here is a link to national data. As I have mentioned before, in 2005 it was reported that 45% of homes sold were bought as secondary homes, either rentals, flips or vacation residences. A chart on that page showed 24% of non-owner occupied homes had ARM’s. I just spent 15 minutes on the site and it felt like a moment. For the real estate geeks, enjoy.
