Highlights,
- Portland is the most affordable since December 2004
- Pendings are up 1,860 vs 1637 from last month. Which is close to my numbers.
- April 2008 to April 2009 shows sales down 10.9% and closed sales are down 17.7%
- New Listings dropped 28.1% April 2008 vs 2009
- Very interesting that for 2009 we have stayed very close to the same number of listings.
