But I thrived without becoming salesy or pushy, and without changing who I truly was.

My introvert superpowers were that I was a fantastic listener and I was always very knowledgeable in what I was doing.

My goal is to help other agents, like me, to find their voice and path in real estate; especially the introverts who feel like they are the only ones out there in a field of extroverts.

Mike Rohrig

I started as an assistant in real estate way back in 2001. I went solo that year and then had my own assistant a year after that.

I became Principal Broker of a boutique real estate firm in 2005. In 2015 I took the role of Director of Sales for a Mega team that did 147 deals in one year. I hired, coached, trained and ran most of the systems.

I've seen real estate from all of the angles and I can help you see the field in so many different ways. I'm also certified in the DISC Assessment and a certified SUCESS Coach.
