I have listed and sold a lot of homes over the years. Something that often makes a home look older is dirty grout lines and stained and cracked counters. I have tried some products myself with less than stellar results. Clean grout lines, especially in the kitchen, can be worth more than new paint. Obviously cracked tiles, stained and chipped counters, and other blemishes will stand out as well.

I had some friends recently get some work done by Marblelife of Portland. They were extremely pleased with the results. Here are just some of their services:

Tile & Grout Cleaning uses high-pressure steam or water to dissolve and physically remove any surface dirt or grime from the top of your dirt and grout. If your surface has been sealed after installation and every other year after, this may be all you need. However, if the floor has not been routinely sealed, Better to COLORSeal

COLORSeal is a grout seal that has been colored to match you specific grout. In fact, MARBLELIFE COLORSeal is available in more than 270 different colors, based on the grout manufacturer colors. This grout-only seal provides a topical seal offering superior stain resistance to most penetrating seals, is easy to confirm it has been applied, and enables MARBLELIFE to guarantee a fresh clean look with every application, regardless of the previous tortured history your floor may have encountered.
