I was perusing through one of the smaller sized real estate magazines yesterday that you see for free around town. This is marketed to Sellers as a tool to sell their house by Realtors®.
Sellers should have a couple of questions that may not be readily apparent.
- Why are there no addresses on the listing?
- When you pick up the magazine are you in front of a computer?
- Or are you leaving a store about to get in a car where you could drive by a listing?
- Why does the FSBO magazine have the address most of the time?
- Why does a testimonial in one magazine talk about the amount of leads and prospects but not the amount of homes sold?
I think you know the answers.
