I believe that Pending activity is an important barometer of the market. From time to time I will update the Pending number for Portland Metro real estate* and as I find interesting and relevant charts I will add them below these two active charts.

Sold homes* since last June.

*These are numbers based on areas 141-152 in the Portland Metro area. It includes homes, town homes, and condos. It does not include manufactured homes or houseboats. This may not be congruent with other numbers but I will keep them consistent here so they be able to show trends.
