Flat Fee

If you decide you want some more help beyond the Limited Representation of the Flat Fee Listing there are two ways.

1. One is hourly service where you pay me as you need consulting or advice.

2. You can upgrade to Full Representation with me and you will be credited the $495 fee towards the commission.

Same day listings are possible in the Portland Metro Area.

RMLS feeds listing information to the big sites like Yahoo! Real Estate, MSN.com, Realtor.com and many other sites and hundreds of agent sites.

16 photos are allowed on listings but you want to make sure they are quality pictures adding curiosity to your home. Adding photos just for the sake of filling up all 16 isn’t helpful.
