One underlying theme you might notice on my blog is that predictions don’t mean much to me. The line you hear in investment commercials, “Past performance are not indicative of future results”, is true for real estate too. For 9 years they have been swearing that interest rates are going up, and when they don’t, they give us reasons why. And how long have they said we will be in the midst of a recovery in two quarters? For about 3 years.
With the recent election increasing taxes you have strong opinions on both sides and they have theories to back up their opinions. If nothing else, this video will explain to you two main theories that our government bounces between and how long it’s been going on. Enjoy.
