This is a synopsis of what I am going through on a short sale.
The bank has switched our contact person three times. This last one is because my short sale negotiator had a number up the food chain and got him removed from our file. He had not responded for a week and when he did, he requested information that he had already gotten a few times. The worst part is that he has taken about a month to give an approval for a deal that was better than a deal he approved for a previous buyer that walked.
This is the fun known as a short sale. Kind of it’s own special type of fun.
