The above map shows homes that are likely to be Short Sale or Foreclosure properties. My map based search engine looks through the remarks to find listings that read “subject to bank approval”, “short sale”, “lender approval required” or something similar that would imply these stressed conditions. I was really excited when this feature finally was developed and I think Portland area real estate buyers will enjoy searching these too.
Another great feature that has been added is search that will allow you to search by Days on the Market. More and more my clients are asking that question upfront. In the same box you can search by percentage price drop as well. I found 25 properties that dropped their price by 20% in the last 30 days. Eight of the were either Short Sales or Foreclosures.
