Foreclosure News

by Mike on November 11, 2008

Citigroup will halt certain foreclosures and rework $20 Billion in loans. The bank plans to reach out to 500,000 homeowners in the next 6 months. They helped 270,000 since 2007.

Foreclosures fell dramatically in October in comparison to the last few months.

7.5 million Americans owe more than the current market value of their home.  Once again Oregon is doing better than the most of the country.  Hopefully it continues.  Hat tip to Ron Ares for finding the story first.
