They also wouldn't have cost the transaction $500 - $1000. That would be more sensible. They have been nothing but a blessing for me and my family in helping us purchase a home, when we didn't think it was possible. I have referred over twenty people I know to a DPA and they have had there homes as long as I have if not even longer. This October make four years!!! Thanks to companies like Nehemiah I was able to make a dream my reality. I agree that it is really important that everyone works together to try to save DPA programs.
