Buena Vista Auction Part 2?
I was checking my web statistics and saw that my Buena Vista postings had dramatically improved in hits. I found that surprising since the auction was over a month ago and the hits had been slowing.
Then I saw Ryan Frank’s blog. Apparently he had a voicemail from the builder saying that there may be an another auction in a month. Very interesting.
Will he drop the reserve price? Is he getting other builders involved? I skipped looking deeper into the last auction numbers. I might have to get back to them. I will be interested to see what will happen in Bend.
I never did understand why he chose December which is considered by most to be the slowest time of the year. Showings on my listings are picking up and this may be why is getting back into the mix. Also when I surveyed some of this listings, the history showed he would drop prices in October and then raise them in February. This would coincide with his philosophy perfectly.
Maybe this will be a win for the Buyers.
